Knight Frank beats other estate agency firms to win 4.9 out of 5 stars on independent Trustpilot review platform
Leading national estate agency Knight Frank has emerged as the country’s most trusted property brand according to Trustpilot, the independent customer review platform.
Knight Frank topped Truspilot’s rankings with a rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars, with 91% out of a total of 4,270 reviews giving the firm a five-star rating.
“Over the years we have won 13 customer experience awards, yet for me this is one of the most humbling accolades,” said Tim Hyatt, head of residential at Knight Frank.
“Direct customer feedback is a true barometer of what our customers really feel about us.”
Customer service skills
He said that in 2016 the firm had embarked on a programme of boosting customer service skills.
“The ongoing project continues to look critically at each potential moment customers interact with the firm, from our offices look and feel through to the creation of our market-leading online portal, and everything in between.
