Ocean Property Services Group has been acquired by Lomond, strengthening its presence in the South West.
Lomond has announced its latest strategic acquisition, establishing a new regional hub and strengthening its presence in the South West through the purchase of Ocean Property Services Group in Bristol.
Founded over 40 years ago, Ocean has grown from a single branch in Bishopston to a 12-branch business with a fully integrated offering spanning residential sales, lettings, conveyancing, property management and financial services.
The acquisition represents another significant milestone in Lomond’s expansion across key UK cities, creating a new Bristol hub anchored by a business already operating at the top of its market.
