48 hours after announcing its acquisition by ICG, Lomond has made another significant takeover in the London area – sales and lettings agent Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH).
KFH was established over 45 years ago and operates more than 60 branches throughout key London boroughs, offering a comprehensive range of property services to the Capital’s property market.
Expansion in London
The deal comes just a few months following Lomond’s first foray into the Capital with the acquisition of Chase Evans and more recently Miles & Barr in Kent, firmly underlining its stratospheric growth ambitions, as Lomond will now enjoy vast scope for further expansion across London’s most densely populated boroughs.
