A Glasgow estate agency has moved into swanky new 1,800 sq ft headquarters in the heart of the city’s Park Circus district as part of its ambitious expansion plans.

Ronald Ross Lettings and Estate Agents, which started trading in January 2024, has taken the third floor at 3 Park Gardens and is already reporting a £500,000 turnover with ambitious plans to hit £1.7 million by December 2026 via organic growth and acquisitions.

The firm is run by directors Kimberley Ronald and Robert Ross (pictured), who previously worked together at a leading Glasgow sales and lettings agency for over three years before striking out on their own.

“Our mission is to redefine estate agency by combining compliance-led lettings with high-performing sales, both local and investor-driven,” Ross tells Scottish Housing News. “We are proud to launch from Park Gardens and excited about the journey ahead.”

Bigger plans

The new office houses a team of seven, including the two founding directors, director Gregg Ross, and four lettings administrators. The 20 workstations, though, reflect much bigger plans – the agency wants to recruit self-employed sales agents to operate under the Ronald Ross brand.

Currently, the business is split 70% lettings and 30% sales, with just over 100 rental properties under management. But Ronald Ross has set itself the target of doubling that portfolio by the end of summer and reaching 500 units within 18 months.

We are building a robust, ethical and high-growth business rooted in professionalism and transparency.”

The agency is also courting overseas investors drawn to Scotland’s property market by rental yields that can reach as high as 20%.

Kimberley Ronald says: “We are building a robust, ethical and high-growth business rooted in professionalism and transparency. Our team, systems, and client base are growing faster than even we had hoped.”
