Walkies! Agency moves to bigger branch with mascot in tow
The Stoke-on-Trent office of Nicholas Humphreys has relocated into a larger office in the heart of Hanley's city centre.
Sales and lettings agent, Nicholas Humphreys, claims the ‘booming market’ has prompted the team at its Stoke-on-Trent branch to move to larger, high-profile premises in Piccadilly.
Leaving the old office in Ashford Street behind, the new branch is now located in a four-storey building in the heart of Hanley’s city centre, opposite the Regent Theatre, where there is increased footfall.
Branch Manager, Nick Edwards, said: “The office looks amazing and has been completely refurbished and rebranded, whilst retaining the amazing architectural features that make the building so unique and a pleasure to work in.
“Nicholas Humphreys is an extremely reputable brand, with very loyal landlords, tenants, buyers and contractors and we were delighted that so many came along to the opening of our new premises on 11th May. The day was a great success, and we enjoyed meeting everyone, and showing them round. It was a brilliant party atmosphere, with our Humphrey Hound mascot doing a meet and greet, plus there was lots of food, champagne, competitions, prizes, and goody bags given away!”
Central for customers
Sales Manager and Valuer, Chris Noone, said: “This is such an exciting time for us to be opening our brand new city centre office and adding to our growing office network. Our old office served us well, but the new branch is ideally located for customers selling or renting their home. We have a dedicated and proactive team, and our new location will enable us to better serve the student markets between Staffordshire and Keele Universities. We can’t wait to work with new and existing clients, helping landlords and buyers to maximise the potential of their investments.”
