CLC’s services include the management of residential blocks, housing estates, retail, industrial estates and business centres, as well as service charge collection, building maintenance, contractor management, facilities management and 24 hour emergency cover.

Formal partnership

When the Neg asked Dawsons whether the incorporation was the result of a merger or acquisition they said that it was: ‘Not the result of a financial transaction, as such,” but was more of a formal ‘partnership’.

To help cement that relationship, CLC is headed by Rob Camm, who is also a director at Dawsons.

There will be no changes to CLC’s staff, who will remain at their Abernethy Square office. The office has got a new sign (main image) that formalises the relationship between the companies.

Dawsons says: “Over the coming months you will see CLC become both streamlined and embedded into our comprehensive list of services, much like our current commercial and survey services.”
