Two clients of an estate agency in Lincolnshire have had their mortgage paid for a year following a national competition.

Sylwia and Andrzej Krawczyk-Kowalewska, who bought their home through Scunthorpe estate agency Lovelle, have been handed a cheque for £8,028 which is the cost of paying their mortgage for a year.

The prize draw competition was run by Home Move Box, which each year pays the mortgage or rent of whoever wins its annual prize draw.

Home Move Box is used by sales and letting agents to provide home movers with ‘welcome packs’ of treats and retail discounts and, if clients fill in the online survey that is signposted within the boxes, are automatically entered into the prize draw.

“Oh my goodness, thank you! It’s the first time in my life I’ve won anything! A new kitchen is on the way,” says Sylwia.
