The categories are open to all surveyors, regardless of affiliation or accreditation.

“It’s a powerful step forward in celebrating the extraordinary talent, integrity, and dedication of surveyors working across the UK. We’re proud to partner with The Negotiator to shine a spotlight on those who consistently deliver excellence in a profession that too often goes unsung.”
Grant Leonard, Publisher of The Negotiator adds, “We’re delighted to include the surveyor community in The Negotiator Awards supplier categories this year.
“Surveyors perform a vital function in the buying and selling process and we’re keen to showcase and celebrate the best in the industry and in doing so to reflect the level of professionalism, knowledge and skills required to deliver this essential service to agents and the home buyer.”
Collaboration and respect

Commenting on the new categories, Negotiator Awards judge and Director of Propertymark, Stephen McCarron says, “This award not only celebrates excellence within the surveying community but also helps estate agents better understand the depth and value of the profession.
“By fostering greater collaboration and mutual respect between surveyors and agents, we can work together to streamline the buying and selling process, ultimately delivering a more transparent, efficient, and trusted experience for consumers.”
