This is the 16th year of the Awards which is established as the most prestigious and coveted awards programmes. The Awards offer agents the opportunity to tell their own story and shine a light on their successes across a range of awards categories covering marketing, personal endeavour, community contribution and traditional business entrepreneurship and all sizes of agencies are catered for.

The Negotiator Awards are truly inclusive, as the only entirely free-to-enter and free-to-promote awards programme for agents and their suppliers. There are no annual subscriptions or charges to use winners logos and the entire process is open and transparent and judged by industry professionals of high standing.
The Shortlisted agencies, companies and individuals who entered the 34 categories, now go forward for judging to decide the Gold, Silver, Bronze and Highly Commended accolades. The Judging Panel for the Awards comprises 30 leading industry figures, who will between them judge the hundreds of entries that made the Shortlist.
The finalists and winners will be announced at a spectacular gala dinner at the five-star Grosvenor House hotel.”

The host for the Awards this year is comedian, TV presenter and actor, Ellie Taylor, guaranteeing the night will be as fun as it is glamorous. Renowned as the Property Party of the Year, The Negotiator Awards mixes the drama of the awards reveal with a black-tie gala dinner with themed entertainment throughout the evening and a spectacular after-party until 2am.
