A North West estate agency has left the NEXA network of franchised estate agencies and set up as an independent.

NEXA Liverpool is now known as PIRES Real Estate and is focussing on new-build sales and marketing with plans to branch out into Birmingham, Nottingham, London and the Spanish holiday home market.

Run by the Cranney family, the company has been operating as NEXA Liverpool since March 2021 when local media reported its launch with Mark Goodwin as its managing director, who now left the company.

A re-launch party is due to take place on the 25th February for the re-named estate agency, which is remaining at its original offices on Castle Street in Liverpool.

Estate agency goodwill

“PIRES Real Estate is on vision for 2022 to take all of the valuable experience, success and industry goodwill earned as NEXA Liverpool, and move it forwards as an entirely independent real estate venture,” says Roberts.

“This means, as a business, we remain in complete control of our business model, and the unique way of consolidating what we have already achieved, whilst enjoying all the advantages that now being an independent agency offers both for us, and also for our clients.”

NEXA, which was established by three former high-profile former rugby players, still has operations in London, South Wales, Cardiff, West Sussex and Bristol.
