Propertymark says ‘yes to Rightmove data’ following deal

The portal has struck a deal with Propertymark to present its local market info and training courses at the trade body's regional conferences.

Rightmove webinar

Agents will be offered the latest local market data and access to new training opportunities under a deal between Rightmove and Propertymark.

A two-year partnership means agents who participate will have access to Rightmove’s database of market information.

The agreement will see Rightmove data presented at nine Propertymark regional conferences and the Scottish national conference during the remainder of 2023, with bespoke insights prepared to help agents in attendance with their local market.

Rightmove will also have a stand at select events to speak with agents about training and standards within the industry, and the benefits of getting qualified with its Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Letting Agents (CELA).

Agents with at least a year’s experience can use their CELA qualification to apply for the ‘Member’ grade of Propertymark’s National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA) once they have passed their final exam.

One Comment

  1. PropertyMark had the opportunity to create its own portal before Rightmove was even a glint in anyone’s eye. Months of planning went into it led by John Pring, only to be quashed by the Executive. How different the property world could be today if they hadn’t made that decision.
