The UK’s only national network of independent letting agents and property managers specialising in houses in multiple occupation (HMO) management has reached a major milestone, welcoming its 31st member.

Just two years after its founding, HMO Network members now manage approximately 13,000 tenancies nationwide and oversee the collection of an estimated £75-80 million in rent annually.

“When we founded The HMO Network, we had a vision to bring together the best managing agents around the country who had a specialism in HMO management and to create a national brand that landlords recognised for quality in the sector – and we are achieving that,” said Neil Baldock its Co-Founder and a letting agent himself.

Committed

The group is dedicated to raising industry standards, ensuring that all members commit to best practices and continuous improvement in management.

This is achieved through creating a collaborative environment where members benefit from monthly online meetings with industry peers, marketing materials to enhance their local presence, referral opportunities from a trusted national network and an active support group for guidance and expertise.

The network is now gearing up for its annual conference and has its sights set on expanding membership to 50 letting agents and property managers.
