Agents who are looking for a new career or job within the industry are being sought by auctioneer iamsold which has 20 roles to fill in the New Year.

The firm, which is undergoing a period of growth as it seeks to drive greater use of its alternative ‘modern method of auction’ model across the industry, says it needs more staff to help manage its Partner Agent network of some 5,000 estate agents.

They will be called Auction Specialists and play a key role in the auction journey by supporting client agents to win instructions, push through sales and give their vendors a great service.

Educating

Their role will include educating buyers and sellers on the auction process when it is the best route for them, working in partnership with agents to reach potential buyers and managing the auction process.

Parent company iamproperty says the candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as the company champions remote working, and will undergo a two-week training course before starting in earnest.
