Auction software giant launches advanced platform

Bamboo has unveiled its 'most advanced' in-house online auction software product yet, AuctionPro, and will be introducing it via a UK-wide roadshow.

Bamboo online auction softwareBamboo Proptech has launched the first major addition to its auction software suite since launching AuctionCore, giving agents the potential to increase sales through more advanced insights.

AuctionPro is an advanced version of the entry-level platform, designed for agencies looking to bring their online auction service in-house, scale their auction operations and maximise revenue from this fast growing market.

Higher competion rates

By tracking bidder behaviour in real time and highlighting the right moments to engage, estate agents are better able to support the sale, resulting in higher completion rates.

AuctionPro also delivers live bidder and buyer insights, centralised reporting, and initially for Reapit customers, a two-way sync with their CRM to ensure data is captured automatically and accurately.

To introduce AuctionPro, Bamboo is running a UK-wide roadshow starting this week in the South West, which will give estate agents the chance to see the new product in action, ask questions, and explore how in-house auctions can work for their business.

Updated branding

The launch of the auction software coincides with a refreshed brand identity to Bamboo Proptech, that underlines Bamboo’s position as the leading provider of bidding and offer technology in the property industry.

Robin Rathore, CEO of Bamboo Proptech, said: “AuctionPro is about giving agents the insight and control to make auctions a meaningful part of their business. It also marks the start of a wider product range that we are launching to include solutions for private treaty sales.

“To support this, we’ve launched an updated brand identity as a visual reflection of our mission to create tech products that help estate agents win.”

The timing of the launch aligns with the growing trend of selling high value properties via online auction due to transaction times remaining unacceptably high. Recent online auction sales by Haslams, Fisher German and Stags each of whom have recently sold properties over £1.5 million.
