Property firm’s revenues jump aided by move into residential lettings
Two-year-old Scots firm Bowman Rebecchi says purchase of Castle Estate helped push revenues up by 165% last year.
A Scottish commercial property firm that launched two years ago has revealed extraordinary growth attributed in part to its recent move into residential lettings.
Gouroc-based independent agency Bowman Rebecchi says its revenues have increased 165% over the past 12 months as it has expanded into new areas including Argyll, Ayrshire, and Renfrewshire, with customers and properties now spread from Kilmarnock to Bishopton, and Dunoon.
In April it acquired Inverclyde lettings firm Castle Estates for a reported six-figure sum, giving it a substantial new toehold in the residential sector.

Develop and grow
Co-founder Marco Rebecchi (main pic, right) adds: “Over the past year, we have expanded our teams and markets, became Living Wage accredited, supported the Kickstart scheme and Young Persons Guarantee, and continue to further develop our existing staff as they develop and grow.
“As we enter our third year of business, we have several new market opportunities that we continue to explore and look forward to further enhancing our overall service.”
In May, both the commercial property arm and its lettings business, alongside Rebecchi Architectural, relocated into new offices in Gourock town centre, bringing all of its services under the same roof to further boost the performance and growth of the businesses.
