CRM tech platform signs up 700 branches before launch day!

Apex 27, whose founders have worked before with agents such as Knight Frank and Savills, say their new platform is a 'fresh eye' on software.

A new CRM property software designed to make estate and letting agencies more productive has signed up just over 700 branches even though it has only officially launched today.

Apex27 has been established by James Wright and John Clark (pictured, above), both of whom have worked with agents before at EzAdsPro, a digital and print advertising platform used by Knight Frank, Savills and Strutt and Parker and others.

Their new business is a property industry CRM suite that includes integrated call tracking, prospecting and market appraisal tracking, lead tracking, comprehensive reporting, customisable print marketing including brochure creation, social media sharing and 40+ valuable integrations all from a single, easy to use dashboard.

The property software firm already has 500 small and larger agents signed up who between them operate some 700 branches and 200 websites.

The platform is available initially for free as a single-user service, with agents paying if they want to use its multi-user capabilities.

Fresh eye
