A fast-expanding estate agency in the East of England has launched its latest, and sixth, branch.

This latest cold-start is in Chelmsford and joins its other branches in Colchester, Sudbury, Ipswich, Mersea Island and Bury St Edmunds, just under fiove years after the firm was founded by Darrell Nevard and Dan Mitchell (pictured, below)

It now has some 30 staff, up from just five two years ago, and is currently looking to recruit more people to fil an further half a dozen roles.

The new Chelmsford branch will offer a full range of services, including sales, lettings, and support for Oakheart’s recently-launched Land & New Homes division. The company also operates a dedicated and centralised lettings operation.

But the latest-cold-start is unlikely to the be the last branch to open – the firm says it has ambitious plans to expand further across Essex and Suffolk.

Innovative

Mitchell says: “We are thrilled to bring Oakheart to Chelmsford. This expansion is a testament to our commitment to providing an exceptional level of service while staying true to our core values.

“We pride ourselves on being a traditional estate agency with a modern twist — delivering expert advice while using innovative tools to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

“Chelmsford is a thriving city with a vibrant property market, and we’re excited to become part of this fantastic community.”

Oakheart has taken a unique approach to marketing its brand and services, regularly employing squirrel-themed creative material, linked to its ‘oak’ based name and ‘acorn’ links.

The firm is also well known locally for its charity efforts, raising cash for a local foodbank.
