Emoov to relaunch ‘soon’ with new look headed up by former Purplebricks LPE
Company's recently-appointed COO Naveen Jaspal says her team has established a 'sustainable business model' for the hybrid agency.

The new management of hybrid estate agency Emoov has revealed that a new look for the business is imminent and that the new team behind it has introduced a ‘sustainable business model’ that will see the agency grow in a viable way.
The London-based team also want it to be known that Emoov is ‘very much open for business’, its recently-appointed Chief Operating Officer Naveen Jaspal has told The Negotiator.
Earlier this year she said that the former incarnation’s ‘emoovement’ and ‘birds’ marketing had been ditched.
Jaspal is also COO of Mashroom, the company that bought Emoov’s technology, website and brand off the administrators for £232,500 after it went bust in December last year, owning creditors £15.6 million.
Hybrid experience
She also has considerable experience in traditional and hybrid businesses.
Jaspal (pictured, top) started her career at Countrywide but then joined Purplebricks as an Local Property Expert (LPE) before spending two years at YOPA. She then re-joined Countrywide in 2017 before joining Mashroom last year.
Jaspal had Emoov back up and running by February this year, promising to work with former Emoov’s 2,000 or more customers.
It was also revealed that Emoov would continue as a hybrid estate agency with a fixed-fee model using self-employed agents.
At the time Jaspal said she wanted the business to ‘regain the digital platforms’ former position as the UK’s best online estate agent’.
The company currently has 176 properties for sale.
