Estate agent made famous on TV jumps ship to new firm
Lee Koffman, who has appeared on Britain’s Most Expensive Houses, makes the switch to Robert Irving Burns to head up its sales team from Sothebys.
One of the largest independent estate agencies in London has made a high profile appointment as its director and head of residential sales.
Lee Koffman (main picture) joins Robert Irving Burns from Sotheby’s, where he was head of prime house and flat sales in North and North West London at UK Sotheby’s International Realty.
Robert Irving Burns (RIB) says this new appointment represents a significant investment into its prime residential division, where it expects to see revenues double in the next 12 months.
Property magnate
Koffman previously starred in the Channel 4 series Britain’s Most Expensive Houses.
The estate agent brings 20 years’ experience in the prime and super prime residential London markets. Prior to his six years at Sotheby’s where he transacted £700 million of property sales, Koffman spent more than 14 years at Aston Chase.
RIB recently also welcomed property magnate Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley as a 50% partner in the business, and is currently featured on Channel 4’s Selling Super Houses show.
