eXp UK named as the nation’s fastest growing estate agency brand
Data from TwentyEA reveals which of the nation’s estate agents rank within the top 50 in terms of growth with respect to both new listings and homes sold subject to contract.
Estate agent network eXp UK has been crowned the fastest growing and eleventh largest estate agency in the UK in terms of new instructions and number of listings being marked as sold subject to contract.
Exclusive data provided by TwentyEA, part of the TwentyCI Group, has revealed which of the nation’s estate agents rank within the top 50 in terms of growth with respect to both new listings and homes sold subject to contract when comparing the first quarter of 2023 with the same period last year.
INSTRUCTIONS
The figures – seen by The Neg – show that eXp UK ranks top for new instructions, having listed 99% more new homes for sale across the nation during the first quarter of this year when compared to the same period in 2022. Only Foxtons comes close in this respect, having listed 48% more homes.
At the same time, eXp UK has also seen a 45% increase in the number of homes being listed as sold subject to contract during the first three months of this year versus the same period last year. Just one other agent has seen positive movement in this respect, with Foxtons again seeing a marginal increase of 2%.
OUTSTANDING
Adam Day (pictured), Head of eXp UK, says: “Our network of outstanding agents has worked tirelessly to help drive our growth ambitions within the UK market and it’s great to see the fruits of their labour now starting to show, as we lead the way both in terms of new business won and the conversion from listing to sold subject to contract.
“This is no mean feat given our relative infancy as a UK entity compared to many of the other long-established names within the sector and demonstrates the pedigree of the people we employ, all of whom benefit from the flexibility and financial freedom that the self-employed model provides.”
And he adds: “We’re only just getting started and while we’re over the moon with our latest growth and our position as the UK’s eleventh largest agency, we won’t be content until we sit atop of the table as the UK’s largest estate agency brand.”
