Fine & Country rolls out recently-acquired LeadPro platform across branches
LeadPro, which was bought by parent group nurtur last year for an undisclosed sum, has now been offered up to the group's estate agency franchise holders.

Estate agency Fine & Country has given all its branches access to lead generation and marketing platform LeadPro ahead of the agency’s website re-launch.
The announcement is part of Fine & Country parent company nurtur’s plans to acquire and implement tech across the group, which includes the Guild.
It bought LeadPro in October 2021, later also acquiring Starberry, The Property Jungle and BriefYourMarket. LeadPro’s CEO Sam Oliver has also become Nurtur’s Chief Product Officer.
Fine & Country’s marketing chief Emile Despois tells The Neg that licence holders all have their own CRM platforms and were managing their leads from there until now, as any estate agency would do.
Lead nurturing
“With LeadPro, they have additional support with the auto-responder and auto-caller, as well as an option to allow ‘head office’ to help them nurture their leads.
“Leadpro will allow us to better support the licensees to improve conversion rates further and offer a more consistent approach to lead management and nurturing.”
Despois says Fine & Country looked at its ‘customer touchpoints’ and recognised that it could make improvements to the way it manages and grows its leads and maximised their conversion.
Oliver (pictured) says that a key element of having access to an advanced lead management system and the LeadPro dashboard, is the ability to not only manage leads but also see insights on where the leads come from. “From a marketing perspective, lead data is essential in determining the best ROI on your marketing spend,” he says.
“Understanding which portals or resources generate more leads will help agents to be more targeted when choosing lead generation avenues.”
