Heaton & Partners, a London and country property search agency, established four years ago, has announced its merger with prime central London expert, Merlin Dormer Property.

Merlin Dormer Property was set up by Merlin Dormer in 2001 encompassing residential property search for both buying and rental clients, property management, as well as some commercial work.

Merlin studied at Reading University and The College of Estate Management and after a grounding with Savills and Chestertons spent 10 years at Knight Frank in Chelsea, becoming a partner in the firm before leaving to establish Merlin Dormer Property.
