Johns&Co, the London estate agency specialising in new homes, has opened its seventh office in London, taking its total number of offices to nine, with two offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Johns&Co was set up in 2013 by John Morley as a Lettings and Property Management agency, specialising in new build developments. Since then, it has grown rapidly and now offers new homes and resales. Established offices are located in West Hampstead, Nine Elms, Wapping, Canary Wharf, New Providence Wharf and Royal Wharf.

The new London City Island office will serve EcoWorld Ballymore’s London City Island development as well as Goodluck Hope, another Ballymore development nearby, as well as other developments in the immediate area.
