A handful of properties remain available after a largely successful September event for Smith and Sons.

Among the properties not sold at the event is a modernised ground floor flat in New Brighton, a deceptively large four-bedroom semidetached house in Prenton and three-bedroom home in Huyton.

A particular success story from the September auction (below) is of a two-bedroom property in Birkenhead which needed internal modernisation and sold for £66,750 against a guide price of between £30,000 and £35,000.
