SBK has thrown open the doors to state-of-the-art premises after the successful and complete refurbishment of its Rother Street premises.

Director and co-owner Mike Cleary, who also co-founded Wearethemarket, says: “As we celebrate our 180th anniversary, it’s great to be back in the heart of Stratford and we couldn’t be happier with our new home.

“It’s been an exciting 12 months for the business, with acquisitions, expansion, our sales and lettings teams winning multiple awards and our newly re-launched auction department.

“At the heart of it all are our expert, knowledgeable and friendly award-winning teams who are here to help and advise all our customers.

DISCIPLINED

When the Sheldon Bosley Knight began in 1843 it was as a land agency and auction house. Since then it has evolved into a multi-disciplined local property service with 11 different departments.

In 2022 SBK re-launched the auction arm of the company.

As well as Stratford-upon Avon the agency has offices in  Shipston, Leamington, Pershore, Evesham, Winchcombe, Kineton, Leicester, Market Bosworth, Kibworth, Melksham, Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth.

The last 12 months has seen the acquisition by SBK of Robin Jones, Bradgate, Fox Country Property, Hawkins Estates and Lettings, James Sellicks Lettings, Tim Cox Associates (lettings portfolio), Wigwam Estate Agency and Kavanagh Commercial.
