Lees & Waters grows in the South West

Lees & Waters, an independent estate agency in Bridgwater, has moved to bigger, better premises and joined the Experts in Property network, improving marketing coverage for its client’s properties.

Established in 2012 by directors, Andrew Lees and Wayne Waters, Lees & Waters concentrates on selling residential property in Bridgwater and the surrounding areas towards Burnham on Sea, Taunton, Watchet and Street.

Since its launch, the agency has shared an office with its sister lettings company but has made the move to its own premises, a few doors away.

In addition to the office move, Lees & Waters now works closely with Gibbins Richards, Westcoast Properties and nearly 80 other estate agency offices throughout the South West, from St Ives to Poole and Bristol, as part of the Experts in Property network of independent estate agents.

Wayne said, “We are absolutely thrilled to have our own office, devoted to selling property. We didn’t want the old-fashioned desk scenario, which can make clients feel like they’re being interviewed or under interrogation!

“Instead, we’ve opted for a calming homely feel; something that we’ve carried through to our dress code, which is also more relaxed – still smart and presentable but more friendly and approachable than the staid and conventional suit and tie.”
