NEW SERVICE: Love your landlords – keeping your clients on board and happy

Michael Day of Integra Property Services and Julie Ford of Gothard Rowe have combined resources to offer a new service for letting agents looking to both retain and grow their lettings portfolios.

The Landlords Event in a Box aims to take the hard work and heavy lifting out of event planning, giving letting agents ready-made and up-to-date presentation templates that will support business development and customer engagement.

“It has been well proven that one of the most productive ways of building a lettings business and managed portfolio is to hold regular events aimed at landlords,” says Michael. “But our research of over 1,500 clients showed that a perceived lack of time coupled with not having a plan and concerns over creating or having access to relevant content was often holding them back.”

Value-add

Michael and Julie believe that holding events for landlords creates opportunities to demonstrate expertise through providing information that engages with the target audience and builds confidence and trust in the letting agent. The “value add” that such services can provide also helps with business development, portfolio growth, increasing fees and improving profitability.

Julie adds: “For a single flat fee, we will provide a detailed action plan and Gantt Chart including “cut and paste” templates for invites, marketing, follow ups for example, and crucially, access to a current library of over thirty regularly updated, legislatively correct, white labelled presentations and presenter notes that agents can choose from to create the perfect Landlord Event. Additional presentations and presenter notes for future events can subsequently be chosen.
