Rightmove has revealed a major marketing push to drive traffic and generate more enquiries for agents as the industry gets ready for the traditionally busy Autumn market.

The portal is to launch a new national marketing campaign based partly on posters containing witty references to a range of topics including Sherlock Holmes, Snow White and Seven Dwarfs (main image), Rapunzel and ‘property northern homes’ all leaning on the tagline that Rightmove gives “everyone the belief that they can make their move”.

The portal will also be returning to TV, kicking off with an updated version of the brand’s ‘Dunk’ TV ad (see below), which will launch across several high-profile slots including Channel 4’s coverage of the 2024 Paralympics, which is under way until the 8th of September.

Rightmove’s poster campaign will run across the UK from September until early November.

“Alongside our sponsorship of The Voice UK, Rightmove will be present across high-profile TV slots and outdoor nationwide this autumn, designed to capture the attention of potential home-movers considering their next move,” says its Chief Marketing Officer, Matt Bushby.

“We’ve already seen an uptick in moving activity since the first Bank Rate cut a few weeks ago, and our presence across various high-reaching channels aims to drive even more people to our agents’ brands and properties this autumn.”

The new and 13th series of The Voice launches on Saturday 31st August at 8pm on ITV1, ITVX and STV. Emma Willis is due to present the series, whilst will.i.am and Sir Tom Jones will return as coaches.
