Martyn Gerrard eyes further growth with £1 million acquisition

London estate agent Martyn Gerrard has acquired estate and lettings agent Range Homes in a near one-million-pound deal that will see Range’s full suit of services integrated into the award-winning agency.

Martyn Gerrard, which scooped Best London Estate Agent at The Negotiator Awards, snapped up the Palmers Green-based estate and lettings agent to further expand its North London footprint and support the growth of its recently opened Winchmore Hill office.

Range Homes launched in 2008 and founder Chanel Ali will continue to work alongside the Martyn Gerrard team.
