The Negotiator Conference, Expo and Awards is getting close! Tuesday 31st October is the date to put in your diary!

The Conference, hosted by Radio 4’s Today programme’s top inquisitor Justin Webb, features keynote speeches by ex-Conservative Party Leader and Tory grandee, The Rt. Hon. Iain Duncan Smith MP, giving his views on how Brexit will affect property. Sir Peter Bottomley MP will also speak on the leasehold scandal affecting new build properties.

The Negotiator Awards Shortlist reveal

The Negotiator Awards Shortlist will be published at 4pm today and booking is now open. It will sell out, so book your tickets now whether you are successful and reach the Shortlist, or simply you just want to attend (why wouldn’t you?!).

Following a glittering reception, a splendid dinner and great entertainment, Jimmy will present 30 Negotiator Awards recognising the cream of the UK’s property professionals. If that’s not enough, the Property Party of the Year follows – something that’s definitely not to be missed!
