Wales’ largest estate agent, Peter Alan, part of Connells Group, has acquired Roberts & Co Property Management Limited.

Roberts & Co’s lettings business, based in Newport, was established 10 years ago and manages over 800 properties. The strategic sale of its lettings division will allow the company to reinvest and expand its sales and mortgage services businesses.

Roberts’ team of 17 is retained and the business will trade under the Peter Alan brand name. It adds a significant number of properties to Peter Alan’s portfolio, which will be managed by the existing team in central Newport with support from the local Peter Alan branches.
