LIS Media Ltd, the owner of the National Landlord Investment Show, and a suite of property media brands, has acquired Propertychecklists.co.uk from Designs on Property Ltd, owner by Kate Faulkner OBE.

The acquisition follows a long-standing working relationship between LIS Media Ltd and Kate Faulkner. The deal sees Kate joining the LIS Media team as Property Market Analyst across the publisher’s events and titles.

The move is intended to strengthen the publisher as a champion of expert-led education for UK landlords, investors and developers.

Connecting with experts

Co-founder of LIS Media, Tracey Hanbury (pictured, left) said, “We have worked with Kate ever since we started doing shows for landlords in Croydon in 2013, and are absolutely delighted to welcome her to our team.

“Having a property expert like Kate on board means we can continue to provide excellent, free education about the property market to our community of landlords, investors and developers.

“Connecting our community with the experts and expert content from PropertyChecklists.co.uk is at the core of what we do across all our platforms, in-person and digitally.”

Commenting on the move, Kate Faulkner said, “Working closely with the fantastic LIS team means I can focus on what I do best: analysing, explaining and presenting property market data.

I can focus on what I do best: analysing, explaining and presenting property market data.”

“Their expertise in producing, designing and delivering content from shows to digital media channels means I no longer have to manage all the work behind the scenes. It allows the research to be presented professionally and reach a far wider audience than I could achieve on my own.”

The Old Billingsgate venue in London hosts the National Landlord Investment Show next Tuesday, 24th March. Tickets for visitors are free.
