Rightmove has significantly altered its tenant leads platform to enable letting agencies to integrate prospective tenant data into their CRMs, a move which is part of its long-term plan to offer agents an ‘end-to-end’ rental property service.

Now, enquiries from prospective tenants sent via the portal come pre-qualified alongside extra information to help lettings agents to get an earlier indication of whether a prospective tenant might be suitable for the property.

This includes when the tenant is planning to move in; who is moving into the property; whether the tenant has pets; their employment status; information about their affordability requirements; and consent for the agent to run a free soft credit check and more.

Before letting agencies could only do this by logging on to the Rightmove Plus platform.

The CRMs that will accept Rightmove’s ‘enhanced’ leads at launch include Reapit, Street.co.uk, SME Professional, Bright Logic, Loop and Alto.

Rightmove’s latest integration means all letting agents can receive and manage enhanced tenant leads and begin the process of running a free soft credit check on a potential applicant from within their existing CRM system.

Enhanced leads is a key feature of Rightmove’s Enquiry Manager tool, which streamlines the tenant enquiry process.

And as well as receiving leads enhanced with additional information, agents can book in viewings for prospective tenants and respond in bulk to unsuccessful tenants through Enquiry Manager.
