Fledgling proptech business, ModelProp, has launched a Voice AI service to act as a virtual receptionist service for estate and letting agents.

VoiceProp AI functions as a ‘tireless’ virtual receptionist, answering calls, booking viewings, taking messages, and providing essential details about properties and services—all without human intervention. The system integrates with standard phone lines, ensuring swift and straightforward implementation, it is claimed.
