ModelProp has launched an AI-based voice answering service for the property sector, offering 24/7 automated call handling.

VoiceProp AI functions as a ‘tireless’ virtual receptionist, answering calls, booking viewings, taking messages, and providing essential details about properties and services—all without human intervention. The system integrates with standard phone lines, ensuring swift and straightforward implementation, it is claimed.
