Conveyancing services provider, LMS, has introduced Panel Builder, a flexible solution that allows introducers to hand-pick law firms and create their own bespoke panel.

Utilising the same technology behind LMS’s conveyancing product, SELECT, and its extensive law firm reach, Panel Builder connects introducers with the law firm of their choice, for example, if one meets the needs of a particular case.

Regular case updates are also facilitated through the platform, meaning users can can easily keep track of completions, cancellations, and ongoing cases.

For law firms, Panel Builder gives them the ability to showcase their expertise, displaying specific attributes based on customer criteria, and the freedom to be on multiple panels, enabling them to effectively manage work capacity.

Travis Scholes, Commercial Director at LMS (main picture), said: “The advanced capabilities of Panel Builder, a completely bespoke panel solution, improves how key stakeholders collaborate during the conveyancing journey. Law firms can customise and showcase what they offer, which means that users can be more discerning when choosing a firm, ensuring they meet the needs of their customers – the outcome is a more tailored, transparent, and streamlined journey for everyone involved.”

Throughout the onboarding process, it was important to us that we identified the most suitable tech solution to allow for upfront pricing alongside detailed and transparent case updates, whilst leveraging LMS’s expertise and support.”

LMS is hosting a webinar for law firms on Thursday, 8th August, at 11am, providing a Panel Builder demonstration and an overview of the key benefits for law firms.
