Spectre has relaunched its lettings prospecting tool, combining the UK’s most complete landlord dataset with AI-driven insights and omni-channel marketing.

With the lettings industry undergoing a seismic shift, Spectre Lettings claims to provide a step change in the connected power of the tools at the disposal of agents in growing their managed portfolio.

The platform combines what the company claims to be the the UK’s most comprehensive landlord data with AI-driven insights and omni-channel marketing tools and includes a wide range of new innovations to the landlord prospecting space.

Free (and compliant) data

Spectre Lettings combines an agent’s existing CRM data with verified data on private individuals, corporate landlords, HMOs, portfolio ownership, and live market activity for an average of £15,000 worth of free data per branch.

Collating billions of data points, Landlord Profiles provides key information on a landlords’ portfolio, such as size and value, property status, portfolio health, organisation structure, historical growth and any associated competitor agents.

Using AI, the platform can also identify landlords who are most likely to switch agents and nudges provide an intelligent daily call list based on historical activity and live market data, with suggestions of reasons to reach out, how best to approach the conversation and the best channel to use.

Multi-pronged prospecting

Spectre Lettings integrates direct mail, postcards, Property Reports, email, social media, and LinkedIn outreach into one connected platform, so Agents can launch campaigns in minutes, and build automated journeys triggered by market events.
