Utilities management and tenant referencing provider strengthen partnership

Helpthemove has announced a direct integration of its utilities management capabilities into the Canopy HQ platform.

With this direct integration, agents using Canopy for tenant referencing can now automate utility notifications for Council Tax, energy, and water services during tenant move-ins and move-outs at no extra cost.

The development not only claims to reduce administrative time by up to 90%, but also allows agents to develop new revenue streams by earning commission on utility transfers. Users will also get direct access to Helpthemove and energy partner, OVO Energy, bypassing traditional call queues.
