ViewMyChain launches new split chain view for estate agents
Proptech sales chain tool adds a new feature that will provide estate agents with full visibility of "split chains" in their property transactions.
ViewMyChain’s tool provides estate agents with an overview of activity and progress within a house buying chain but that has now been extended with a new feature giving full visibility of more complex split chains as well.
Full visibility
Even the simplest of chains can prove problematic, ViewMyChain tells The Neg, but adding a split chain property, such as one where the owners are separating and both are moving, significantly ups the ante.
This new feature promises to shift the way estate agents manage complex property chains.”
The new Split Chain feature addresses these issues by allowing agents to view the entire chain — including any splits — on a single, easily accessible screen. Through an integration, Reapit customers can view it directly in their CRM.
The system’s automatically populated, real-time updates and notifications keep agents informed of changes in the chain without having to rely on calls and updates from other parties.
By seeing the entire chain, agents can easily spot potential delays, allowing them to take proactive measures to prevent setbacks.
This helps agents to manage client expectations and increases the likelihood of a successful outcome.
Paul Halliwell, Executive Director at ViewMyChain, commented: “This new feature promises to shift the way estate agents manage complex property chains. Rather than reacting to the fait accompli of a chain collapse, agents are now better positioned to intervene and take preventative action to counter issues as they arise.”
