Letting agents and tenants can now experience seamless connectivity and paperless communication with the launch of The Lettings Vault.

The suite, which includes Agent Vault and Tenant Vault, and has been developed by the same team that created miProgram, the first property inventory software of its kind to market in 2011, using proven expertise and understanding of the industry to respond to client demand.

The platform offers effortless document delivery, signing and secure storage through its intuitive tenant app and can be used to easily create detailed reports for everything from check-in and inventory to mid-term inspections and check-out.

One suite, single dashboard

Founder Stuart McCormick said: “Lettings Vault solves a problem by overturning the issue of multiple platforms being used to do one job – it pulls all the functionality lettings agents need into one suite with a single dashboard. The key benefits of this are cost and time savings and an integrated documentation trail so lettings agents can work smarter.

“Many of our clients have been with us since the very beginning, so we know how to make their lives easier. We understand that it’s important to make tenants a part of the process, too, and our solution puts two-way tenant communications at the heart of the software so that tenants become part of the business solution rather than a symptom of it.”

We believe that it’s not only the most convenient software of its kind, but the fastest.”

Co-founder, Alex McCormick, added: “Lettings Vault can interface with the most popular property management systems and we believe that it’s not only the most convenient software of its kind, but the fastest. This launch is just phase one, and we’ll be adding more functionality, such as Tenant Messaging within the app, on the next release, along with a new maintenance reporting tool, to add even more value.

Forms that adhere to new legislation in the Renters’ Rights Bill are also already built into the software for Agent Vault+ customers, and the platform can be white-labelled by agents, if required.
