Reapit agents get access to auction solution

A new strategic partnership between Reapit and Iamproperty will enable more estate agents to harness the benefits of auction.

The integration enables agents to automatically link properties and clients and share viewing information, streamlining their workflow and optimising efficiency and accuracy.

Property and client details will be pulled through from Reapit, allowing auction stock to be referred to Iamproperty without the need to duplicate data across systems. Viewing information is shared between the two platforms automatically for all connected transactions, boosting results and delighting clients.

That and the ability to automatically sync viewing appointments, status and viewer feedback, ensures agents always have the latest information.

Growing demand

The partnership comes at a time when sale by auction is experiencing record growth, with Iamproperty’s auction sales now accounting for over 1% of all UK property transactions.
