Training event

A one-day training event took place in London and was attended by Winkworth franchisees from across its 100-strong Winkworth network. It featured a panel of experts, including Gregory Solicitors, HomeLet and RentGuarantor.

It addressed issues such as the abolition of Section 21 no-fault evictions, the end of fixed-term tenancies, new possession grounds, rent increase restrictions and the introduction of a property database and ombudsman.

There are so many new aspects to the changes that the support of a variety of professionals is the best way to allow property professionals to flourish in their ever more demanding role.”
