Rightmove backs Women in Estate Agency for another two years
Rightmove has renewed its partnership with Women in Estate Agency to 2028, helping more women access the community, training and support.
Rightmove has renewed its partnership with Women in Estate Agency (WiEA) for a further two years, taking the agreement through to 31st July 2028 and into its fourth consecutive year.
The renewed partnership will support WiEA’s annual flagship event, its UK-wide Regional Champions network and its practical training programme, where places remain available for £99.
Founded in 2020, WiEA aims to promote equality at every level of the estate agency sector. Its community has grown to more than 5,000 women, connecting members through its Facebook group, regional events, training and annual flagship gathering.

Verona Frankish, Chair of Women in Estate Agency, said: “This has never been a networking group. It is a movement that belongs to more than 5,000 women.
“WiEA has never been about championing a handful of women to the top. It is about every woman in estate agency having the same opportunity to progress and knowing there are thousands of people behind her. We’re incredibly grateful to Rightmove for standing with us for another two years.”
Developing the training programme
The WiEA “Power of You” training programme will continue, with new content planned across two events each year. Each event will include two sessions, one at Rightmove’s London office and the other in the North or Midlands. Places will be capped at 25 to keep sessions practical and interactive.
Jason Charles, Head of Events and Education at Rightmove, said: “WiEA has built something this industry did not have. A place where people are honest about their careers, where women are backed by each other, and where the next generation can see that there is a route through.
“Continuing for another two years was an easy decision. Estate agency is better when everyone in it has the same opportunities, and working with WiEA is one of the most direct ways we can help make that true.”
The next flagship event will take place in March 2027 at the Pullman Theatre, London, under the theme ‘We bring the vibe, you bring the tribe’. The 2026 event attracted more than 450 attendees to London’s Shaw Theatre.
