The Location, Location, Location presenter turns the tables on Nigel Lewis to discuss Covid, proptech, the housing boom and hybrid working.
The Negotiator’s Head of Content – that’s me folks – is used to pressing the great and good of the industry for answers.
But for I think the first time in my career the tables have been turned on me by industry ambassador, Location, Location, Location TV show star and MoveIQ founder Phil Spencer.
If you have the stomach for my hopefully honest answers to Phil’s questions then do have a peek at least some of the 22 minutes of questions he put me through.
During our online exchange, which took place a few weeks ago (thank goodness the government were kind enough to hold back on major policy changes for the sector) we ranged across a variety of topics.
