Pattinson Auction has been named the fastest growing auction house according to the EIG league table.

Total revenue from 2017 was £64.6m which was up by a massive 62 per cent on the previous year.

With an army of partner agents, Pattinson Auction is going from strength to strength in its national expansion. They report that they have honed their white label service provided so with only a slight increase in partner agents, there has been a massive hike in sales.

Some highlights include properties introduced to the market by Pattinson Auction’ s agency partner, Chase Buchanan.

A Twickenham property, a site with planning permission for two large family homes, sold for £1.9 million in November. Earlier in the year, the auctioneers completed a £1.1 million sale. This particular property is an immaculate five bedroom town house that certainly defies the popular perception of auction properties.

The Auction Director, Justin Beckwith, explained, “There is a growing interest in auction as a whole and we have refined the process. With more and more sellers opting to go to auction, we have been seeing a shift in the type of properties that are up for sale. Now a buyer can find a ready-to-move-into family home at the auction house.”
