A trio of well-known industry partners have joined forces for a top-secret project shrouded in mystery.
Industry legend Chris Watkin from agency video creators Property Video Solutions (PVS) and content writer Jerry Lyons have been holding clandestine meetings.
And industry insiders have told The Neg that they are creating something they say will shock and scare the property industry.

Secret spooktacular video footage leaked to The Neg can only be described as both frightening and scream-inducing.
Chris Watkin told The Neg: “We won’t be going public with this until Friday 28 October as not only is it commercially sensitive, we don’t want to scare anyone unnecessarily.”
Jerry Lyons declined to comment, but Matt Lee and Chris England of PVS issued a cryptic statement when approached.
It read: “All three parties involved in this project are focussed on treating agents well and not tricking anyone into anything that would cause sleepless nights.”
