Young office manager steps up to take over his own branch

LSL Estate Agency Franchising has completed the re-sale of Reeds Rains Evesham to Branch Manager, Jack Ford.

33-year-old Jack Ford (main image), the branch manager of Reeds Rains Evesham, is the latest LSL estate agent to benefit from its franchise re-sale programme.

This helps existing franchise owners to find buyers for their business when they are looking to retire or move on, and which the firms claims works particularly well when a successor is found within the existing team.

Having worked at Reeds Rains Evesham for over 14 years, working up to Branch Manager, Jack is well connected to the local area and has forged strong relationships with local landlords and customers.

Staying power

Upon completion of the deal, Jack said: “For the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping so many wonderful people buy, sell, rent, and find their perfect homes in our amazing community.

“Along the way, I’ve built meaningful and strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and local businesses and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and support you’ve shown me over the years.

“Now, as the new owner, I’m beyond excited to take this next step. My promise remains the same: to deliver the highest level of service, local expertise, and dedication to each and every person who enlists their trust to move with us.”

Reeds Rains Franchising Partnerships Director, Lee Carratt, commented: “It is great to see Jack take ownership of the Reeds Rains Evesham branch. The Re-sales Programme is an initiative designed to provide accessibility and further opportunities to take up franchise ownership with LSL as well as enable existing franchise partners to find a trusted seller.

“I would like to wish Jack and his team at Reeds Rains Evesham the best of luck, and I look forward to working with them again in future.”
