Chancellors is latest big estate agency to list with challenger portal

OneDome says it is gaining traction as more multi-branch estate agency firms sign up to its portal platform – including also Strutt & Parker.

The battle of the challenger portals continues as OneDome reveals it has signed up major UK national estate agency Chancellors.

The portal, which in September last year raised £5 million from the Rothschild family and property moguls the Reuben Brothers, says its three websites between them now receive just shy of three million visitors a month.

These are the main OneDome site as well as Nethouseprices.com and its presence on Facebook Marketplace, all of which generate some 180,000 sales and lettings leads a month for member agents.

Two other big estate agency names to have joined recently include Strutt & Parker and the Leaders Romans Group.

OneDome’s business model is to enable agents to generate leads via its sites for free but share commissions with them from selling third party services to their customers.

“We have worked hard to integrate listing and enquiry processes with OneDome to ensure the leads they generate are maximised for the benefit of our clients by our proactive teams across our network of over 55 offices,” says Robert Scott-Lee MD of Chancellors (main pic).

Also, OneDome launched its New Homes division this year, and has announced a partnership with housebuilding giant Barratt Developments.
