Rightmove has launched ‘Teams View’ to help agencies manage their Rightmove training and make the most of its free training courses available.

Teams View is available within the Rightmove Hub and allows agencies to have better visibility of the Rightmove training staff have completed and track their progress.

BESPOKE

The tool can create bespoke teams of learners, allocate training, monitor progress and performance, ensure compliance, set reminders and automate reports.

The tool will also help agencies see how staff across the business are progressing with their Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA) qualification.

Jason Charles, Rightmove’s Head of Education, says: “Agencies have told us it can be difficult to keep track of the Rightmove training that staff have already completed and the training which specific team members need.

“With Teams View, no matter whether agencies are single branch or covering nationwide, they will be able to better identify how the Rightmove Hub can help staff with the training that they need to help them progress their career.”

ENERGY WEBINAR

Rightmove will host a webinar for agents tomorrow (Thursday 3rd August) at 10:00am focused on the latest insights, data and trends surrounding energy efficiency, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and greener homes.

Hosted by Rightmove’s Director of Property Science Tim Bannister and Simon Leadbetter, founder of sustainability magazine Blue & Green Tomorrow, the webinar will cover what letting agents can do now to help their landlords prepare for potential changes Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).

The Neg reported last week how research from Rightmove’s Greener Homes report reveals sellers who have improved their home from an EPC rating of an F up to a C could command an average price premium of almost £56,000 (+15%) on top of the local house price growth.

Tim Bannister says: “From our latest deep-dive into the many issues surrounding energy efficiency, the indications are that green concerns are rising up the priority list for consumers too, and demand for more energy efficient homes will only increase in the years ahead.

“We want to help agents by sharing the latest data on this important topic and ways they can help their landlords right now.”
