Clive Emson sale goes with a bang
Clive Emson Auctioneers reported sales in excess of £17 million as its Autumn auction went with a bang. The sale, the seventh of eight sales this year, took place across five days in five venues. Britain’s largest independent regional land and property auctioneer achieved a rocketing sale rate of 75 per cent after cataloguing 130 lots. Clive Emson Auctioneers’ Managing Director, James Emson said, “As we are all aware, there has been a great deal of national uncertainty and upheaval this year as well as the usual peaks and troughs associated with our industry. However, 2019 has proved yet again that property remains an excellent investment and that our auctions remain the best place to buy and sell. “Our vendors and purchasers recognise the worth of property – and also that Clive Emson offers an exceptional service covering all aspects of the auction market. “As we approach our final sale of the year we can reflect on continued good results for the company.
