Clive Emson Auctioneers reported sales in excess of £17 million as its Autumn auction went with a bang. The sale, the seventh of eight sales this year, took place across five days in five venues. Britain’s largest independent regional land and property auctioneer achieved a rocketing sale rate of 75 per cent after cataloguing 130 lots.
